What is 2 AP and the Certificate of Authenticity?

Each artwork comes with a unique, signed certificate to ensure the protection of a limited editioned artwork. Every artwork is signed on the front and the back, numbered and finished with a dry seal.

What about packaging?

Only premium materials used for packaging, the artwork comes with high-quality items. Each artwork is handled, packaged with care by the Artist herself.

Shipping questions

How is the artwork shipped?

Every giclée print is rolled in a tube, packed with paper and bubble wrap. Additional paper box is making the package safe from any damage, insurance is prepaid. You can frame it or request aluminium-dibond, coated with plexi or acrylic glass by your local framer. Shipped with UPS, so customs and VAT can be easily managed via Phone or Email with the courier. Every document is attached to the package. If you're outside of the EU zone VAT charges are not prepaid, so please check out your Country's tax rates.

Tax and VAT?

If you're shopping outside of the EU, the VAT deducted price will be the final price. When shipping outside the EU, VAT (Value Added Tax) will be automatically calculated at the border customs, who will reach out to you. Inside the EU, your country's VAT % will be applied during checkout, since this shop ships from Hungary, upon purchasing your item on site.

Refunds?

We are committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our art collectors! That's why once you’ve received your item, we'll give you fourteen (14) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep that product or ask for refund.

You can always contact us for any refund question at info@floraborsi.store.

You can return your item to an address provided by us via email or phone, since it's not a public address. Certain types of items cannot be returned since it's made by a third-party company. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The shipping cost will also be refunded. We offer 14 days to change your mind and ask for refund. However, we don't own a warehouse to hold the unwanted items, so there's no option for returning it. We will contact you to ask for pictures or other evidence of  the demolished artwork and its belongings. The shipping cost of returning an item cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns and exchanges?

You have 3 days to cancel the shipping and ask for refund. Contact us immediately / latest 14 days after you've received your item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us and when your exchange request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
